Apply panacea

Refund Policy

Effective Date: 01 April 2025

At Apply Panacea (Official Name – Panacea Consultancy Services), we provide professional services based on expertise, guidance, and time allocation. As our services are advisory and do not involve the delivery of physical products, all payments are primarily for expert consultation, administrative support, and guidance throughout counselling, admissions, test preparation, and visa processes.

This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be considered, exceptions, and the process for requesting refunds.

1. General Principles

Payments made to Apply Panacea are for services rendered, including but not limited to:

  • Career and academic counselling.
  • Psychometric assessments and interpretation.
  • Language test preparation (IELTS, PTE, TOEFL) through white-label platforms.
  • University admissions guidance (India & abroad).
  • Study, tourist, or work visa guidance.

Once a service has been initiated or access provided, payments are generally non-refundable, as expert time, administrative work, and third-party coordination are already expended.

2. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

  • Duplicate Payments: A payment made more than once by error.
  • Technical Failures: Cases where a payment was deducted but the service or access was not activated due to technical issues.

Refund requests under these exceptions must include proof of payment and relevant evidence of the issue.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Discontinuation or non-usage of services after initiation.
  • Visa refusal by immigration authorities, embassies, or consulates.
  • Admission not secured due to:
    • Eligibility criteria not met.
    • Document discrepancies.
    • Decisions made by third-party institutions (universities, colleges, agencies).
  • Low IELTS/PTE/TOEFL scores, as outcomes depend on preparation, effort, and external testing authorities.
  • External factors beyond our control, such as government policy changes or actions by partner platforms or agencies.

4. Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to complaint@applypanacea.com with relevant documentation or proof of eligibility.
  • Requests will be evaluated and a decision communicated within 7–10 working days.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Apply Panacea reserves the right to verify payment, service usage, and eligibility before processing any refund.

5. Third-Party Services

Services accessed through white-label partners (e.g., IELTS/PTE platforms, psychometric tools, online learning modules) are subject to the refund policies of the respective partner platforms.

Apply Panacea will assist with partner-related concerns but cannot guarantee refunds for third-party services.

6. Rights and Final Decision

  • Apply Panacea reserves the absolute discretion to approve or reject any refund request.
  • Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.
  • Decisions are final and binding, except as required by applicable Indian law.

7. Additional Provisions

  • Payments are considered final once services are initiated, access is granted, or guidance sessions are scheduled — whichever occurs first.
  • Any disputes arising from refund claims shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jalandhar, Punjab, India.
  • Apply Panacea may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
